A reporter first.
I’m a freelance journalist who writes about science, health, relationships and travel. I’m drawn to stories with a strong sense of place and people. I started as a newspaper reporter, then worked in hospital communications and video production. Writing and editing are still at the heart of what I do. Now, I work from wherever I am, sometimes at a quiet desk, sometimes on the road.
